Abstract


Leaders in higher education are facing new challenges that do not have a clear path forward. Utilizing the Appreciative Education framework, leaders can leverage the knowledge and expertise of team members by building trust, asking generative questions, and celebrating success. This people before process approach creates and environment where each team member can contribute at their best.
