Safe space and Brave space: Improving Interpersonal Relationships in the Communication Center

Abstract

This auto ethnography is based on how safe space and brave space help to improve communication competency. The author discusses her experiences working at the center and how she came to realize how effective these terms are in creating learning experiences forindividuals, and how important is this that we facilitate discussions based on social injustice issues.
