Peer Review Process
All submitted manuscripts are subjected to initial appraisal by the Editor within a week of their submission. Full review by an Associate Editor and two anonymous expert referees is undertaken only if the initial appraisal is positive. Average time for the full review is typically 10 to 12 weeks.
In order to maintain open access publication at no cost to the authors, all submitted manuscripts must be prepared in LaTeX using the journal style file and following the style and submission guidelines.
Publication Frequency
Individual items will be published as soon as they are ready, by adding them to the "current" volume's Table of Contents.
Open Access Policy
This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.
Archiving
This journal uses the LOCKSS system to create a distributed archiving system among participating libraries and permits those libraries to create permanent archives of the journal for purposes of preservation and restoration. More...
